Music is Different in Everyone’s Ears…

Published by brian under Uncategorized

“Turn this microphone louder, I got something to say.” – LP

No one is the same in this world. Everyone attracts to different things. Everyone is lured into the abyss of something other than what the person above them tells them they should be into. Every emotion you hold within you is entered into your music. You ask yourself, “What can I get out of the music that I listen to?” There is nothing more that you need to know. Your imagination will run wild. Your emotions are trapped and the explanation for what the song may mean in a deeper way is nothing more than why you were attracted to the feeling of the song in the beginning. You may think you are listening to music because the beat moves you. You think that the way the lyrics are connected and the way the fluctuation of words move through the singers’ lips lure your interest. What you care about is what you listen to. Reality is what I hear. It’s funny to me that I won’t think a second about the way things are in this world, yet when I hear the words in a beat, in a connection within eachother, when I feel the imagination in me run loose and the way I fathom the writers’ ability to connect me to the song, I realize everything. Randomization could mean the wildest emotions, but no one may understand you. Specific and common words may mean the least to you, but the most to somebody else. Don’t question someone’s music. All you are doing is questioning their feelings. Have you ever felt this feeling yo misnderstood when listening to a song, so you keep listening that same song over and over but you can never realize what you were feeling. Sadness overcomes me when a song is entitled to speaking of the world. When I hear the word Together. When I hear the word With. When I hear the Dark. These words are catered to something that does not even exist anymore. Eachother. Individuals have taken over this world. Together is no longer what we live for. We live for survival, and we survive to live. I have pride in what I listen to. I have pride in those words. More than anything do I wish to see those words escape their non -existance, and become what they once were. No one leads me. I have become that individual. I have become my own person. No one has taken anything from me, and no one will take anything from me. Respect eachother. Why fight? Why do we have war? In my inexperienced opinion, because we have leaders. Leaders are supposed to lead. I don’t know what our leading. ” There’s bombs in the buses, bikes, roads. Inside your market, your shops, your clothes.” Reality is what draws me. Good or bad, there is no escape from the abyss you are taken into when listening to the drowning power of music. “With hands held high into a sky so blue, as the ocean opens up to swallow you.”

Christmas of 08′

Published by brian under Uncategorized

This week (Dec. 24-Jan. 5) we have off for a very special reason for Christians. Christmas and the New Years. Christmas Eve. the day before Christmas was great. Saw the whole family after a long time. It was great to see the smiling faces all on my family members. That night when we got home it was very late. I ended up going to bed around 3:00, soon after that to wake up and open presents on Chritmas Day. Usually you can never sleep the night before Christmas, however I was drowned into my bad until the morning came.

That morning we all got up pretty early to open presents and make church on time. I got many cool presents as our family opened the presents together. The first present I opened was a north face jacket., one of my favorites. The jacket was followed by clothes. The present they saved for me to open last was what I am typing this post with currently. It is called a Sony Mylo 2. It is a handheld computer that does everything you want where and when you want. It is great to have. anf it comes in handy. If you would like to see one, go to http://www.google.com/images and type in the search engine box sony mylo 2. This will give a variety of images of my new device.

Later that day, it was time to celebrate Christmas at my Aunt’s house. The main meal was lasagna and it was delicious. Grandma makes it great. I had three. Then there was steak, shrimp, chicken, ham, salad, green beans, clementines, filberts, figs, and so much more. It was a great dinner. We all had a great time together. For dessert came fruit pie. apple pie, peach cobbler. fudge cake, chocolate cake, cheesecake, brownies, ice cream, and grapes. Lots of food for a big family. All in all it was one of the greatest Christmases ever!!
