Actions or Intentions?

Published by brian under Uncategorized

Do you define a person by their actions or your intentions?

I know that any person that got the chance to would love to vent every feeling towards this question out in a single breath. This question can be answered in many ways, and many different views are taken from actions and intentions. Personally, I am a person who likes to see success and demands success from myself. If I intend to do something, I also intend to get it done. If it doesn’t get done, but it was a good thought, it still won’t be of satisfaction to me. To make an impression is not to speak of what you do and what you plan to do, or what you do best. To me, I want to show people my true self by exposing them to my actions. Once they are exposed to my actions and they have a deep impression of me then I will finally be content that the people truly like me. It is very true that everyone in the world is important just because they exist. Though, there are alternate views on this. One thing I tend to debate in my head is the fact that to be someone great, you must do something great. If you intend to be great, it is of no comparison to doing something great, and actually becoming great. Actions speak louder than words do, no matter how often, how loud, how great you get your point across. One action speaks louder than any word you’ve ever said that relates to that action.

1st Challenge

Published by brian under Uncategorized

2.  How do the introductions of Sue Waters and Miss W. differ? They are both teachers yet one gives out more personal information than the other.  Why?

3.  If you did the challenge last year, you might need to update your ‘About’ page. Things might have changed and you might want to tell more about yourself to your readers.

In my opinion, I believe that Sue Waters and Miss Wyatt are both dedicated to their programs that they run. Also, they are both very determined to see to that kids make relationships and have fun while blogging. With different perspectives they both seem to connect in what they manage to say.

The Future

Published by brian under Uncategorized

The future is a very complex and furtive idea and not yet established by anyone in the universe and will never be esablished until, mentally and physically, it has been experienced. I imagine the future to be no less than it is right now in terms of substantial technology. If you think about it, what more can possibly be achieved. But I’m guessing that that is what they said 40 years ago when the first walkman came into stock. And as in anexperienced citizen of knowing the extents of technology, there is never no sure way to know what the future may bring us. The future is just and idea and it may never come, which is why I like to enjoy the time I spend with the people I do spend it with, and once, I hope, that those days may come, I imagine we will be impressed. Just as we are now. The future is not up to the scientists of today. It us up to the kids that are in school now. Just another idea to be reminded of that explains why focusing and being dedicated to education is vital to all existance. It is unnecessary at this point to think of the future. Of course the mind ponders, but sometimes we’re all ready for surprises.

Missions are Untold Strength

Published by brian under Uncategorized

You may be strong, but you are never strong enough. Your will to complete a desirable task may be deliberately strung with effort and hope. But how strong are you? You can never be too sure, but one thing you do know is that your will, will always be stronger than one who wishes to help. You’ve never seen anyone that suffers so much for you. You’ve never experience the compassion directed toward your emotions. You wish you can reciprocate, but you’re too strong for this person. What you get out of what you do, is what you put into it. You wish so badly you can show the one who cares so much the same respect that has been given. You’re so strong in this task you attempt to complete. Overall, that person is stronger than you are. Can you ever be so strong to do more than what you ask yourself? You don’t need a miracle, you need a guardian. A person that is nice to you no matter what you know has been done wrong. Where can you find one? Or are you even strong enough to handle one?

Ten Things To Do Before I Die?

Published by brian under Uncategorized

Of course, no one wants to anticipate their death. But if need be, its hard to think of 10 great things to come up with before death may come upon me, for I do not have much experience of this fantastic world we live in. But as an inexperience teenager, this is how mine goes:

1. Play baseball at a professional baseball field under the lights at night.

2. Give back to my parents in compensation for all they have done for me.

3. Collaborate with NASA, and attend a boarding school.

4. Go Skydiving

5. Travel to Italy

6. Meet famous musicians, preferrably pianists.

7. Write my own music, and publish my own novel.

8. Get married, and raise an athletic son, and well-rounded one.

9. Fly into Space

10. Save a life

These ten things would mean a lot to me. Life-long Dreams can happen at any given moment.

Kindness

Published by brian under Uncategorized

Components to kindness are very different. Many people have the perspective that patience is the best way to show kindness. Some people think that showing compassion to some one’s feelings is the greatest way to show kindness. Personally, I think to be a true person filled with the kindness characteristic you must have all components. Kindness is not a simple characteristic. It means a lot to people, and that’s how you should treat it. The will to be kind is also a key component. Many mature people can see the attempt to be kind, and many people appreciate that. Be who you believe you should be. You can’t force anything on anyone, and I believe that a discussion of kindness should be within yourself, not projected in different opinions, because you are who you are and changing may not always be the proficient idea.

Failure

Published by brian under Uncategorized

I wasn’t completely happy about what was being presented to me in class, for it did not have much interest to me. But I was later presented a conversation with my teacher, Mr. Bogush. He explained to me that the essence of failure is the unprecedented characteristic that helps success to present itself. I was very glad he shared this with me for before then, I wasn’t quite sure to do anything above the normal in his class. He showed me a video consisting of Michael Jordan sharing his failures. He explained that he missed over 9,000 shots, lost over 327 games, and that he failed at making the winning shot when everyone expected it of him. Those are the reasons he has been so successful. This definitely planted a perpetual perspective in my mind, and I appreciate it.

Wonderful Place

Published by brian under Uncategorized

Wonderful places are all around you, you may not even realize a strong emotion to this specific place. However, a wonderful place to me isn’t always the peaceful beach with the skim boarding, or the nice baseball field or basketball court; sometimes its a feeling that is stirring within yourself. A prime example is the winning of our basketball game today to win conference title and go undefeated, 13 – 0. I never wanted that pure moment to end. It was a wonderful place. The incessant feeling of victory and pride for you and your teammates is a true thriller. How great it was to be in that position, a champion.

Take me somewhere that I have never been before. Take me somewhere where the light is the emotions that light your way. Take me to the place the forever holds a spot of comfort. This would be the perfect wonderful place. Sometimes its my bed. Sometimes its the baseball field, alone, with nothing but my thoughts, and the lights that seem like they shine forever. One day they will stop shining, and my personal esteem may be inhibited. This is my personal room. Four walls trap me in, and no one shall be let in. The only way out is the test of another day in a wonderful life. Sometimes, this wonderful place changes when you don’t want it to.

One Wish

Published by brian under Uncategorized

Only one wish for someone else is very hard to complete a task that you desire for another person. My one wish would have to be, “I wish for a happy and healthy life for my parents.” I would want this, because living every day life can be truly stressful for a parent and is not healthy to go through. My parents are the most important people to me and I would not want to lose them over the hardships of our world. They need this wish, because, like all of the parents, they are going through a very hard time with this world and raising five children, boys at that, all at once. I want them to stick around as long as its meant to be.

Changing the World

Published by brian under Uncategorized

This world has been instituted with many dilemmas that us Americans must face sooner or later. One thing that I would change is the costs of everything. I have many dreams as a young student with, hopefully, a bright future. Schools, baseball programs and teams, basketball programs and teams, traveling all tend to inflate in price rapidly. This prevents a student athlete like me to become what I always have dreamed to become. I pray and pray that costs may deflate and that our world rise from where it lies now and may afford the necessities that make their families in a better habitual state. There is no doubt that our economy needs help, and there is also no doubt that many people are not in a position to afford the things their families need.
